Director
James is a dedicated and highly experienced professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional outcomes for every client. Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, he approaches each project with a focus on quality, reliability and long-term performance.
James began his career in air conditioning in 2010 with Dillon Air in the UK, where he built a solid technical foundation and hands-on expertise. After moving to Australia, he joined Archer Air in 2016 and quickly became a key part of the team. Through his commitment, leadership and deep understanding of mechanical systems, he progressed to Director and Owner in 2023.
James oversees projects from concept through to completion, ensuring every system is delivered to the highest standard of design and performance. He values strong relationships and works closely with clients, collaborators and trades to achieve seamless, high-quality results.
